What do our NTCU Stakeholders do?
The NTCU program is a large investment for NTC. Not only is there the instructor, travel, and lab costs, but also the long time of hiring engineers before they are billable. For that reason, the NTCU program has a set of stakeholders in charge of ensuring that the program is meeting standards.
Monthly, NTCU leadership presents the status of the NTCU program, the stakeholders are then responsible for ensuring that the program is meeting is delivering for their organizational needs. Feedback is provided.
