Grading

Within NTCU, we are looking to foster a feedback culture that applies from all directions, such as instructor to student, student to instructor, and student to student. Reviewing each others work, providing feedback, etc. will be not only apart of what we do, but how you are graded as well. This feedback can come in many different manners.

  • Review each others code
  • Rate the review of code
  • Review each others presentations

Keep in mind, the grading is simply a control, this is not a college course, you are all full time employees. We are looking for you to succeed!! That means, ask questions, use your resources, and overall do not stress about every little thing! Remember, we do not expect you to learn years worth of details within a few weeks.
